Orlando Predators (AFL)

Update:
DJ returned to help Billie O’Hara for the 2014 season with her audition and Finals presentations. While doing another documentary fell through, DJ did manage to help the Predators film & edit their jumbotron skits during gameplay.
During the 2011 season, DJ once again helped film a few videos for the dancers for Billie to showcase during the final audition for the dance team.  DJ had also been provided the opportunity to record the sideline angle for the coaches tapes, which is uploaded to a site governed by the Arena Football League for the AFL coaches to download copies of the game and grade their players.
At the end of the 2010 season, DJ put together a short documentary that follows the Predator Prowler Dance Team from 1st round auditions up to the first home game, which includes perspectives from each girl and Billie O’Hara (Dance Team Director).  The DVD was planned for a release, but was shelved, due to discrepancies with the duplication process.
DJ completed an internship with the Orlando Predators for their media/production division in 2010.  Teaming up with Corey Frost, they have made some videos for the Predator Prowler dance auditions, along with press conferences, and open player tryouts.  The media division, impressed with their work, had chose to give them director of media titles.  Last year DJ had multiple projects with them including the Pat O’Hara Show and a documentary following the Predator Prowler Dance Team.

Sports Network cover various Softball and Track tournaments throughout Florida.

Working with a N.P.O. (Non-Profit Organization)

DJ went out to Titusville to shoot a video for a local Non-Profit Organization (North Brevard Charities).  The video has been finalized and it is the first video DJ 100% produced under his Nerb Productions brand.  The video was showcased at a convention in October of 2010 with other Non-Profits in attendance and received great reviews.  The following year North Brevard Charities followed up with a part two that was showcased in the October 2011 convention.
North Brevard Charities decided to add a third video to their portfolio during the late summer of 2013, which reflected more on the employees of the organization.

Business Plan/Leadership Portfolio

DJ finished up his Master’s Degree for Entertainment Business at Full Sail University.  In this program he put together a Business Plan and a Leadership Portfolio.
As a part of the Business Plan, DJ was required to see how feasible the business fit within the industry.  Also involved with this project is a three-year financial plan covering start-up costs, break-even point, profits and covers every cost from salaries to cost of goods sold to advertising and web design.  Other requirements from the Business Plan include finding out which licenses and legalities need to be acquired/established, market research, marketing campaign strategy, and branding.
The Leadership Portfolio consisted of putting things together that he has done throughout the program to display his leadership skills.
